While we prefer to estimate 24 hour turnaround times, most edits are completed within just a few hours.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, under any circumstances. Due to the nature of video editing, we simply cannot issue refunds for services already rendered. Although, you can cancel your plan anytime with no headaches or hidden fees.
Short answer: All within the ClippClub mobile app. Long answer: Typically, the process of recording and editing video content involves several time-consuming steps of recording on a mobile device or camera, uploading footage to a computer, importing raw footage into a video editing software, exporting an edited video to a computer, then finally syncing the video to a mobile device for posting. This sucks. With ClippClub, we've re-invented the workflow by allowing you to record footage and recieve your final edit all within our mobile app.
No problem! When you recieve an edit ready for your review within the app, you are able to provide additional instructions to your editor. We'll keep iterating until you're 100% satisfied with the result.
